What are the costs for phone & email?

What are the phone & email costs associated with Speakhub?

If you're on the Scale Plan ($247/mo), your account receives a $20 monthly credit from speakhub that goes towards your email & sms costs. If you're on the Pro Plan, it's a $10 monthly credit.

Here's what $10 worth of credits can get you for each item below:

Making Calls - 680 outbound calls

Receiving Calls - 1125 receiving calls

Text Messages - 1205 texts

Emails - 14,285 emails

If you use up all your monthly credit, these are the additional charges thereafter:

-Making Calls: $0.0147/minute

- Receiving Calls: $0.089/minute

- Text Messages: $0.0083/sms segment

- Emails: $0.0007/email

Carrier FeesFor every SMS sent, there is a corresponding carrier fee that is passed from the carrier. The cost is determined on a carrier-by-carrier basis. For example, if you are sending to a customer who has AT&T as their carrier, it will be different than if they have T-Mobile, etc.
